Rental Terms

By reserving a golf cart with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your rental:


  • Our insurance does not cover drivers under 20 years old.
  • The speed limit on Harbour Island is 15 MPH, you are required to abide by this speed limit
  • No riding on the beach
  • Golf carts are not to be taken off Harbour Island
  • Golf carts are not to be taken off Harbour Island
  • We will confirm a time for golf cart delivery to you as needed. That time will be considered the start of your rental period, and the cart is due back by that same time on your last rental date. For example, if we agree to a golf cart rental drop-off at 12 noon on Friday, and you have requested a 3 day rental, the golf cart is due back within 72 hours of that time (Monday by 11:59am). If your return is significantly delayed, you may be charged an additional fee.

You agree that only you (the primary driver) or another licensed driver over the age of 20 years old will drive the vehicle, and that you are solely responsible for this vehicle, and all physical damages and their costs during the time you are renting it.


By renting a golf cart from us, you agree to be bound by these terms for the duration of your rental period, which extends to the entire time that you have possession of the golf cart.


You may receive a waiver outlining the aforementioned terms by email or on arrival to Harbour Island for signature.


Cancellation Policy


We understand that plans change, and unforeseen circumstances arise during travel. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility, and we encourage you to get in touch with us if you need further assistance or have any questions:


Your booking is subject to free cancellation up to 48 hours before your reservation date and time. If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, you are subject to a fee equal to the full cost of your rental booking. (E.g. if you have reserved your cart for December 20th at 1:00PM EST, you must cancel by December 18th at 12:59PM EST or earlier to avoid a cancellation fee equal to your total rental amount).
